概述 General description
  LZKW-10户外开启式电流互感器用于配电系统10kV及以下线路的电流测量,是线路自动无功补偿的专用设备,其突出特点是安装时不需要截断导线,亦可带电安装。外侧的硅橡胶护罩,增加了抗紫外线和抗老化的性能。内侧的硅橡胶护管,防止导线摆动对电流互感器内侧的磨损。硅橡胶弹性安装底座,减缓电流互感器承受的张力。
  LZKW-10 outdoor open-type current transformer is applied to the current measurement of 10kV and below circuits in electric power distribution system. It is a special equipment for automated circuit reactive power compensation. Its prominent characteristics are no necessity of cutting off wire when installing and live installation. Outside silicon rubber shield enhances the capabilities of ultraviolet radiation resistance and aging resistance. Inside silicon rubber protective tube prevents abrasion of the current transformer caused by wire swing. Silicon rubber elastic mounting base abates strain the current transformer endures.

注意 Notice
1.LZKW-10户外电流互感器的同相上要求安装避雷器,以免遭受雷击。
2.LZKW-10户外电流互感器的二交电缆线应穿入防护管引至控制设备。
3.出厂时,PB-1型保护盒内的端子用短路片短接,检查二次电流回路是闭合时,才允许将短路片取下。
4.等电位线是连接铁芯和高压导线的连线,用4mm2的铜丝编织线,安装时与10kV导体可靠连接。
5.绝缘检测指示器用于检测电流互感器的绝缘性能,指示灯在保护盒外侧的左下方,单相接地电流大于0.5A时,指示灯闪亮。
1.Arresters are required to be installed on the in-phase of LZKW-10 outdoor current transformer to prevent lightning strikes.
2.The secondary cable of the LZKW-10 outdoor current transformer should be led to controlling equipment via protecting tube.
3.When leaving factory, terminals inside the mosel PB-1 provtective box are connected by shorting sheet. Shorting sheet could be removed only after the secondary current circuit is colsed.
4.The equipotential wire is one that connects the core and the high voltage wire. The equipotential wire, which is made of 4mm2 copper knitting wire, should be reliably connected to the 10kV wire.
5.The insulation detecting indicator is used to detect insulation performance of the current transformer. Insulation performance of the current transformer. The indicating light located left under the outside of the protective box. The indicating light turns on when the single-phase earthed current is beyond 0.5A.
 
警告 Warnings
1.电力线路发生单相接地,寻找故障点时,LZKW-10电流互感器保护盒左下方的绝缘检测指示灯未亮,不能怀疑电流互感器发生了单相接地。如果绝缘检测指示灯闪亮,则交电流互感器退出运行,用剪断电流互感器二次导线的方法排除故障点,将导致事故扩大,后果自负。
2.电流互感器二次绕组不允许开路,旁顾电前必须检查二次回路是闭合的。一旦开路,将导致铁芯过热,造成绝缘击穿,发生电设备事故。
3.电流互感器二次线端子2S1与保护盒已可靠连接,保护盒的接地线必须可靠接地,否则将会造成控制设备损坏,并危及人身安全。
1.When searching fault location where electric power circuit is single-phase earthed, do not doubt that the current transformer is single-phase earthed if insulation detecting indicating light, which is left under the outside of protective box of LZKW-10 current transformer, is off. If the insulation detecting indicating light is on, the current transformer quits operation. Anyone who uses the method of cutting off the secondary wire of the current transformer to eliminate faults if at his own risk, for this method would spread the accident.
2.The secondary winding of current transformer does not permit open circuit, thus the secondary circuit must be closed before re-energizing. Once the secondary circuit is open, the iron core would overheat, leading to insulation breakdown and electrical power equipment accident.
3.The secondary terminal S1 of the current transformer has been reliably connected to the protective box and the earthed wire must be connected to the ground reliably. Otherwise, controlling equipments would be destroyed and personal satety would be endangered.

安装步骤 Installation steps
1.按图3所示制作LZKW-10安装支架
2.将电流互感器连同底座固定在安装支架上,注意将电流互感器带等电位线的一侧(红面)面向电源侧
3.确定电流互感器夹导线的位置,用绝缘胶布缠绕该位置的高压导线,长度约390毫米,缠绕后的直径约22毫米,如图4所示
4.用铁红色绝缘套管套住缠绕部位的导线,如图5所示。套管外再缠绕一层绝缘胶布(约1mm),如图6所示。导线太细时缠绕一层塑料填充物
1.Make LZKW-10 installation bracket according to figure 3
2.Fix the current transformer together with the pedestal on the mounting bracket. Notice to make the side of current transformer containing equipotential wire (the red side) face the power supply.
3.Confirm location of wire and wrap the high voltage wire at this location using insulated tape, with a length of about 390mm. Diameter of the wrapped wire is about 22mm, as illustrated in figure 4.
4.Cover the wrapped part of wire using iron red bushing,as illustrated in figure 5. Wrap a layer of insulated tape outside the bushing (approximate 1mm), as illustrated in figure 6. Wrap a layer of plastic plugger under the circumstance that the wire is too thin.
5.将安装了套管的架空导线放在电流互感器中心,前后应对称,如图7所示
6.电流互感器上下两半的结合面上均匀涂上硅胶,对齐固定在一起,如图8所示
7.用金属绑线将CT上的铜编织线与一次导线缠绕在一起,保持等电位
8.将防护罩罩在CT上,扣紧纽扣(8个),如图9所示
9.按接线图1检查CT、保护盒与控制器之间二次线连接,保证电流互感器二次不开路
10.将保护盒固定在塔杆适当位置,其接地线要可靠接地
5.Set the overhead wire installed with bushing at the center of current transformer, in a setup of foreandaft symmetry, as illustrated in figure 7
6.Coat silicon gel homogeneously over the connecting surface of the above part and the nether part of currnet transformer so as to fix them together, as illustrated in figure 8.
7.Wrap,using metal wire, primary wire and copper knitting wire on CT to keep voltages equal.
8.Cover the shield over the current transformer and fastem the buttons(8 buttons), as illustrated in figure
9.Check the secondary wiring connection between CT, protective box and controller according to figure 1 to ensure that the secondary circuit of currnet transformer is colsed.
10.Fix the protective box at a proper location of the rod. The earthed wire should be connected to the ground reliably.
 
试验 Test
  现场试验项目和试验参数应参照出厂试验报告进行。工频耐受电压按出厂试验的80%进行,试验时将电流互感器上的金属编织线接高电位,不能悬浮。
  On site test project and test parameters should follow the routine test reports. Line-frequency should follow 80 percent of routine test. When testing, the metal knitting wire on current transformer should be connected to high voltage and not be suspended.
 
验收 Acceptance check
  收到货物后应仔细检查外包装是否损坏,包装箱内附件是否齐全,如有异议,请及时书面通告运输单位和浙江宇光真空电器有限公司
  Please check whether the outer packaging is intact and the accessories are complete inside the packaging when receiving the products. If any dissent, please timely inform the transportatin companies and ZHEJIANG YUGUANG VACUUM ELECTRIC CO.,LTD.
